Dominio Reino Foundation was birthed out of the burden to provide lasting solutions to challenges facing leadership within Nigeria and the Developing nations. Research has shown that the challenges facing these nations are not due predominantly to corruption and poverty as most people would speculate. The challenges facing developing nations are as a result of the dearth or outright absence of true leaders. It is widely known that where no forthright leadership exists, a breakdown of the functionality and relevance of that society is inevitable. It is then a safe conjecture to say that if true leaders emerge we will inadvertently have much desired progress and growth. We believe that if developing nations are able to produce effective leaders who will stand out with integrity and work effortlessly to effect change, then we would begin to see a transition from being called developing or “third world” nations to absolutely becoming first world nations.
