We at DOMINIO LEADERSHIP ACADEMY believe that it is time for men to rise up and maximize the leadership potential that is innate in every man. Dominio leadership academy is a vehicle designed to help Man rediscover Purpose, Power & Leadership. We aim to demystify the word “LEADERSHIP” within our society, which has adversely biased the public to believe that occupying a high office position automatically qualifies you as a leader. Leadership is simply INFLUENCE – “the ability to influence others to follow your lead without manipulation or intimidation”. This key ingredient in nation building is seriously lacking in Africa of today as we all know We believe in a need for Pan-African cooperation at all levels to catalyze growth & development within the continent. Africa needs “New Emerging Leaders” from all sectors who are collaborating with peers across the continent & other developing nations to remove barriers to trade, stimulate widespread positive change & end conflict. To this end, we have designed our curriculum with these objectives in mind that regardless of the sector you are in, we have come to awaken the innate leadership quality in you & cause you to begin to make a difference wherever you are. |
